A detailed estimate will be provided after consultation and measurement.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer, to discontinue any product or service, and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All orders and project agreements are subject to our acceptance and availability.

5. Custom Furniture Orders

Custom furniture orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • All custom furniture is made to individual specifications and therefore may not be returned or exchanged unless covered under our Return Policy.
  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, material availability, and workshop capacity.
  • We will communicate any significant delays or changes to your project timeline promptly.
  • A deposit may be required before production begins, as specified in your individual project agreement.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery/installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Minor variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects.

6. User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to us through the Site — including but not limited to contact form messages, project descriptions, photographs of your space, or design ideas — you grant Drozelonyrdhimae a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project request and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit such content and to grant the rights described above. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
